The problem:

Pivot Forward was an established Change Leadership Consultancy, but their branding wasn’t resonating. As a founder-led business, they wanted to own their roots and connect with their audience. They needed support in positioning themselves to stand out against their competitors.

The solution:

We worked closely with the founder to practically articulate their unique brand positioning. We created a strategic rebrand that positioned them as leaders in their field and transformed their visual and verbal identity. With a clear vision and purpose, they were able to engage with their target audience and grow their business.

The process:

We led intensive workshops that got right into the heart of who Pivot Forward are, their goals, and what they stand for. We translated this information into practical guidelines and toolkits that can be applied across all channels. We worked with the founder collaboratively to create a new website design, copy, and branding development.
