The problem:

Olive & Baker was known as a small neighbourhood cafe, but wanted to prepare the business for an upcoming sale. They needed modern and cohesive branding that stood out against competitors and positioned them as an elevated food supplier.

The solution:

We developed a full launch, brand, and marketing strategy that transformed Olive & Baker into a scalable, sellable brand. We created an identity that blended the warmth of community with the craft of an artisanal food destination. From a distinctive visual identity to a cohesive rollout plan, we crafted their new look, including their logo, colour palette, packaging, signage, menus, website, and social presence.

The process:

The strategy positioned the café as a premium, experience-led destination, resulting in an increase in customers and a strengthened market value. When it came time to sell, they attracted multiple buyers, resulting in a brand built for growth and a successful sale.
