Matchstick had no shortage of creative ideas. Their team was sharp, full of vision, and ready to grow. But their brand did not reflect that energy. We partnered with Matchstick to create a purpose-driven brand identity that looked good and had meaning built into every element. Through clear and compelling storytelling, we helped them define what they stand for. Their new identity reflects a business that helps others grow through meaningful and human engagement. It connects with their audience while staying practical and flexible across different platforms. The identity not only speaks to their clients, but also captures the spirit of their team and their vision. We built a brand that works for them now and can evolve with their sub-brand and future direction.

The process:

Building a brand with purpose starts with real collaboration. We began by immersing ourselves in Matchstick’s world, running workshops with their team to understand the business from every angle. We also held internal sessions to translate those insights into creative concepts. From this, we developed the central symbol of the new brand, their flame icon, representing energy, connection, and transformation. We brought this idea to life through a complete set of brand assets, visual styles, and layout systems. The result is a brand that is clear, confident, and positioned for long-term growth.
