The problem:

Aviela had all the right ingredients. High-quality products, a strong brand ethos, and a beautiful new photoshoot. But they weren’t communicating their story in a way that was clear, consistent, or strategic. Their messaging lacked cohesion, and there were gaps in their brand narrative that made it difficult to connect with their audience effectively. Without a clear creative direction, their marketing efforts felt fragmented. They needed a structured brand and content strategy to make the most of their assets and ensure their messaging was impactful across all platforms, from social media to PR and digital marketing.

The solution:

We developed a full creative strategy that aligned Aviela’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring every campaign and piece of content told a compelling, unified story. Our approach didn’t just refine their brand narrative, it gave them a structured plan to carry their marketing through multiple seasons with consistency and impact. To make the most of their recent photoshoot, we created three distinct campaign narratives that spanned from the end of summer through to Christmas. These mini-campaigns allowed Aviela to stretch their assets strategically over a four-month period, keeping their messaging fresh while maintaining a clear and cohesive brand presence. We also provided creative leadership for their social and digital campaigns, working alongside their external marketing and PR teams to ensure everyone was aligned. By building a strong foundation, we helped Aviela tell their story in a way that resonated across every touchpoint.

The process:

We started with a deep dive into Aviela’s brand, leading a creative workshop to uncover missing brand narratives and pinpoint areas of inconsistency. From there, we built a strategic framework that outlined their current positioning, identified gaps, and provided a clear roadmap for moving forward. Once we had developed the creative strategy, we presented our findings to Aviela’s wider team, ensuring alignment across all external contractors, including social media and PR. We then brought the strategy to life by designing new brand decks, exhibition collateral, and digital assets that reflected their refined creative direction. To elevate their digital presence, we led the creative for their social campaigns, providing structured themes, content recommendations, and assets that covered web banners, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content. Our approach maximised the impact of their photoshoot, ensuring that every image was used purposefully to strengthen their brand presence. The result was a transformed brand narrative, a refined digital presence, and a clear, strategic approach to storytelling that positioned Aviela for long-term success.
